Following FCA guidelines updates, we have developed a functionality package alongside Staingard to ensure retailers can continue to sell care plans correctly both online and instore.

The Staingard module offers full support for banded policies and also includes an excellent intuitive eCommerce journey that is clear and simple for end users.

OMNIS Retail means this functionality is available for both online and instore sales so there’s no disparity in experience for your physical and digital customer bases.

We also have the ability to make use of the Staingard API to automatically submit orders to the warranty system, cutting down data entry processes so your team can spend more time with customers.

Tiered pricing made easy

Our simple interface makes it easy to set up your Staingard pricing tiers according to basket value. You'll also be able to enter your cost prices to keep track of margins within sales reports.

Assign your Staingard addon in bulk to applicable products in the same interface. There's no need to link up furniture care plans individually to your products.

Care Kits are also covered by this process, each addon will have the option of a one off surcharge that is applied once per basket. This will then be charged on top of the pricing tiers already set up.

Offer furniture care plans on product pages and at checkout so customers have every opportunity to convert.

Pricing is displayed clearly throughout the journey and will adapt based on what's already in the basket according to pricing tiers.

Basket control

Customers have full control to opt in and out of policies at the basket stage with ease.

Instore capabilities

In the POS, the salesperson will be prompted clearly to offer Staingard where assigned to the selected product.

Send data to Staingard directly

Any orders containing Staingard items will be sent to the warranty system via the API. Staingard will then return the warranty number and it will be stored against the sales order.

Using the API cuts out any double entry, meaning your team are able to save time and put it to use processing orders or speaking with customers.
