File Naming Convention

Follow the below naming convention to match files with your EIFA application form:

  • Files should be named with the category applying for_CompanyName at the beginning followed by your description. 
    • e.g Independent_ClarionEvents_add your file name
    • BestofBritish_ClarionEvents_add your file name
  • Avoid special characters in a file name.

  • gif
  • jpg
  • jpeg
  • eps
  • rtf
  • csv
  • xml

The maximum file size is 20Mb.
