Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Cheshire, UK, we have direct access to independent manufacturers across the far east and our mission is to offer a range of fine luxury furnishings that are beautiful, functional and not out of reach. We source direct from the producers and ensure each one can produce pieces to the highest quality using the best materials and with a sustainable approach.

The name Matahari comes from the Malay word "Sun". This is our inspiration behind the vision to bring brightness, warmth and colour to homes in the UK.
